Hello everyone, I'm Sam. I'm currently the community head of this Wiki after Uppish (the founder and the original community head of this Wiki) passed the rights to me because of some troubles. As the title says, I think it's time we should discuss this.
I just changed the name of the page Top Floor back to its original name Attic. Frightening jumpscares
Hello everyone, I was jumpscared in granny chapter 2 so I give you permission to give me mean comments and stuff
Difficulty: Very Easy

Granny moves extremely slowly, she doesn't even run, even if she sees you, she will just walk over to you. The Main Door has 3 locks: the Master Lock, the Wire Lock, and the Wooden Padlock. The Control Panel is removed, and the Wire Lock has one red light. Granny is knocked out for 10 minutes if:
- Frozen by Freeze Trap
- Shot with Crossbow
- killed in Sauna
- hit with Car
Knocked out for the rest of the game if shot with the Shotgun. She also can't see you for the rest of the game if sprayed by the Pepper Spray. The Spider also starts out trapped. All Creaking Floors removed. Candlesticks and Paintings can't be knocked over.
Difficulty: Extra - Extreme
Another 1.8 idea.
This is the new hardest difficulty.
Granny moves at super-duper-sonic speed, she can run from the Secret Area Entrance to the Secret Area Bottom Floor in 3 seconds. The Attic is locked, requires Special Key 1. Special Key 2 and 3 are both needed to open the Special Room. The Spider is hungrier, and you have you find the Meat AND get the Hanging Meat off the hook so the Spider will also eat that. (You can pick it up in this diificuly.) The Main Door has 8 locks, Master Lock, Wire Lock (Has 3 lights, and a second Control Panel is in the Attic next to the Jail Shelf.), Plank Lock, Metal Lock, Battery Lock, Number Padlock, Wooden Padlock, and Special Lock 4 (Requires Special Key 4). Granny version 1.8
Version 1.8 known as Version 1.3 for PC, is the 12th update (3rd for PCs) in Granny. It was released on May 8 2020 and added too much of secret places and items. It changed the car to a old texture and changed back his old texture , and now you could kill with bomb kit or head gun It added crow room safe because the meat room door locked it needed remote control but don't worry if you can't get out of this room there a ladder in cellar swamp entrance and added new difficulty

Recent discovery
I was watching the movie “The Stand” by Steven king, and I noticed at the beginning there were wind noises. I knew they sounded familiar, that’s when I realised it was the same noises from the attic in Granny. Go on YouTube and look up “Steven king’s the stand” and watch the very beginning.
Necromancy
In a subsequent major update of Granny: Chapter Two, Granny should have some witchcraft ingredients and a book of necromancy to perform dark rituals in order to create & control revenants. The revenants are resurrected skeletons with swords which attack you on sight. They can also hear you very well. However, if Granny is knocked out, they will suddenly stop doing anything at all and become completely disoriented, as Granny's telepathic commanding abilities and control over them have been interrupted. If the player gets his hands on Granny's necromancy book and witchcraft ingredients, he can turn the revenants against Granny and Grandpa. The revenants will knock out Granny and Grandpa with a single sword hit, but if they are not protected …

Granny Impossible Mode
Granny Impossible Mode:
- 5 extra locks on the main door.
- Granny is 5x faster than you
- Creaking floors everywhere.
- Darker Mode is forced enabled.
- Nightmare mode is forced enabled.
- Granny still tries to find you after you escape.
- If you can't escape after 5 days, your computer will explode.
- Starting Bedroom, Bedroom 2, Bathroom, Basement door is locked since Day 2.
- No opportunity to get the Bonus Day.
- The house is pitch black except for the lights on Wire Lock and Granny's eyes.
- The Crow will hit harder, instantly sending you to the next Day if being hit.
- Granny can access tunnels and crouching in them.
- You can't distract the Spider using the Meat anymore.

My Ideas for Update 1.8
The 1st good ending is only achieved by saving the previous victim
You ride away on the horse with the other person leaning against your back. (Love)
The 2nd good ending is only achieved by not saving the previous victim
You ride away and right before Granny's house disappears you hear the Previous Victim scream and later that night, when you are in your house, you are standing in front of a hot fire getting warm. Suddenly, lightning strikes and behind you, the Previous Victim is standing in the doorway holding a bloody knife. (But you can not see him/her.)
Granny: chapter 2 1.2 update idea

Guys it's getting close to the 1 year anniversary of me joining this wiki. It happens to be on Martin Luther King day so I won't have school so I can be here more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The day is January 20.

My ideas for Update 1.8 part 2
In this blog post I will explain more about the new things I mentioned before.
Inside the Backyard there is a doorway, but there is no door there. Instead there is a bell alarm. Once you walk on the bell alarm, you will be in the Garden. You must always make your stay there quick since you can not jump over the bell alarm and Granny will hear it. In the Garden there are two rows of plants. (The two herbs I mentioned previously) Once you take an herb out, it will not grow back until 2 days later.

It feels so weird playing the original granny after playing granny chapter 2
I just beat granny chapter 2 10 times in a row, and I came back to granny and it gave me the weirdest flood of nostalgia and unique emotions. I don't even know why im talking about this. When I hear the music from the first game, and look at all the very static looking walls in the first house, I feel like Granny and Granny chapter 2 are extremely different except they have the same vibes
Another Theory
So the house in the old game is Granny and Grandpa's old house. Granny and Grandpa decided that house was getting old and creaky and that all the blood stains everywhere were annoying, so they built a new house. Notice the new house is better painted and there is no random blood everywhere. They also built the new house so that there great grandchild, Slendrina's baby, could have a better place to live. They caught the player in the woods one day and Granny decided to bring him to the old house to interrogate him, but Grandpa stayed back at the New house.
Granny Chapter 2 update ideas (pt 1)

The wine cellar will be in the basement, and it will have a metal door which needs the wine cellar key to open. The library will be in the third floor, and its door will be on one of the two remaining sides of the attic entrance. The bomb kit is a weapon which you can use to throw explosive bombs at granny and grandpa. The backyard will have a new pet that is a dog.
