The Chain Lock is an obstacle that blocks the Escape Pipe Escape Route. It is found on the Escape Pipe and can only be cut in half using the Chain Cutter.
Appearance[]
The Chain Lock appears as a chain of eight yellowish metal rings that have been tinged with rust. They are held up by two metal hooks located on both halves of the door on the Escape Pipe.
Mechanics[]
The Chain Lock prevents the Escape Pipe, which leads to an ending, from being open. Removing it requires the player to interact with it while holding the Chain Cutter, which will break the chain in two seperate parts and let both the doors be opened. If the Player interacts with it without the aforementioned item, a hint will pop up saying "I need a chain cutter".

Trivia[]
- This is the second chain in the game. First is Slendrina's Mother's chains.
- Therefore, this is the only lock which can be removed by the Chain Cutter but not the Cutting Pliers.
