The Crib is a structure at the back of the Nursery. Without the Teddy, it serves no purpose. When the Teddy is thrown into it, it respawns Granny, and summons Slendrina. The Crib was added to Granny in Version 1.3.

The Crib is an old baby crib. It is made out of desaturated wood. It was presumably Slendrina’s crib. It has 4 small golden knobs on top of the each wooden bar.
Description[]
It can be used to hide, but it also serves as an Easter Egg that goes to summon Slendrina. You have to find the Teddy and drop it into the Crib, though you have to be careful since Granny (and the Spider Mom who can't chase you outside the Spider Cellar) know your location, so make sure Granny is far away or knocked out. But Granny will spawn back in the Basement once the Teddy has been dropped. If you escaped via the Main Door, then the Secret Ending will be unlocked.
Trivia[]
- The Crib doesn't do anything other than acting as an altar for the Teddy.
- The player can only use the Crib once. After the first and only use, the Teddy will disappear and the player will be unable to use it again.
- The model of the Crib was re-used on Granny 3.
