Hard is one of the five difficulty options in Granny. It was added in Version 1.2, and is currently the second hardest mode in Granny, as it changes many aspects of the game.
Effects[]
Hard causes various effects that change the gameplay of Granny. These include:
- Granny and Spider Mom moving a bit faster than before, but is still slightly slower than the Player.
- Granny is knocked out for:
- 30 seconds with the Tranquilizer Darts, the Sauna, the Freeze Trap, and the Car.
- 1 minute with the Shotgun and the Gasoline Can explosion.
- 6 Locks on the Main Door: the Plank Lock, Wire Lock, Regular Padlock, Numeric Padlock, Main Door Lock, and the Battery Lock.
- There is no opportunity to complete the Painting, therefore ruining the Player's chance to get the bonus day.
Trivia[]
- This used to be the hardest difficulty in Granny until Extreme Mode was added in Version 1.3.
