Main Menu is a main screen of Granny, that shows after the intro screen. It has a few Easter eggs and buttons, that are used only for navigation.
Appearance[]
Main Menu's background shows Granny standing at the doorway, which connects the Foyer to the Kitchen. It is dim, as it displays nighttime. There is a metal bear trap lying on the floor.
Main Menu has three, dark-gray buttons with texts "PLAY", "MORE GAMES", and "QUIT" on them. A logo for game Granny in upper right corner, it is white, written with a very antique font, and a bit chipped.
Teddy will pop out of the right on Main Menu every 10 seconds, and then, quickly go back.

Buttons[]
- PLAY - Sends the player to the Options Menu, where they can change/customize their experience of the game such as difficulty settings, quality, enable/disable nightmare mode and so on.
- MORE GAMES - Opens the Google Play app, with only games published by DVloper such as Slendrina series games showing up.
- QUIT - Closes the Granny app.
Bear Trap[]
The Bear Trap on Main Menu screen can be interacted with, which causes it to close and make a noise. After it's closed, Granny will look around

Buttons[]
In the PC Version, there are only 2 buttons which are "PLAY" and "QUIT" and there is no "MORE GAMES" options to choose on PC version.
These functionalities are the same as the Mobile Version.
Teddy[]
Teddy does the same thing on the PC Version, except, it is behind Granny.
Trivia[]
- In PC Port, there is an animation for granny, as well for the bear trap and the options menu.
- In older versions, there were more buttons on the Main Menu, those are "Options" and "Remove Ads".
- In version 1.6, the Main Menu was a screenshot of the PC Main Menu
- Before Version 1.7.9.3, Granny would move her head to sides, however this was removed along with addition of new menu.
- This can still be seen on the PC Port up to this day.
- In Version 1.3 and Version 1.6, granny's textures do not match up with the main menu.
- The same applied to Version 1.7.9.3 because of her black hair.
