The Note is an item that was added to Granny in Version 1.3. It can be found in the Dirt Room on the table, and it was left by the Previous Victim, who is presumably deceased.
Appearance
The Note is a piece of bright wood with an inscription written in blood on it:
"This is my fifth day in this house. She chases me wherever I go. I'm quite injured and my body hurts. The only thing I remember before I woke up in this house is that I was driving when my car suddenly broke down. I went out to see what the problem was when someone suddenly hit me in the head. I have managed to open a pair of locks on the front door but that's all. Why does she do this? I hope no one will experience the same thing as I do. If I do not survive this and if someone finds this message, I have noticed that she sometimes hides things inside fruits."
Trivia
- Before Version 1.4, the note was stating something about the car, most likely a message about the Car in the Garage.
- When picked up, the Note will be positioned at the center of the screen, unlike any other item in Granny.
- The Note and the Painting Pieces share the same dropping sound.
- The Note is referred as "Text Message" in the game files.
