The Old House Dining Room is a room located in the Old House Floor. It can be found on the opposite side compared to the area's entrance. It was added to Granny in Version 1.7.
Appearance
The Old House Dining Room is an empty room consisting of one singular Table, and a Door. The walls are normal, brown walls made out of fine planks. The room's interior is also relatively dark. The ceiling of this room is exposed and "doesn't exist", since it's just an opening. This applies to every other room in the Old House Floor, except the Old House Kitchen.
In Nightmare Mode, this room is completely coated in blood, just like everywhere else.
Description
The Old House Dining Room by size is just a bit larger than the Meat Room.
This room is almost empty and useless, the only thing here being a Table where only two items can spawn, and a Chest Code spawning location.
Spawning
This room may contain an item, but is more specifically predetermined by the preset. There is also a Chest Code spawning location:
Chest Code - If it spawns in here, it'll always spawn above the Table, edged to the right side.
Preset #3 - The Orange Cogwheel will spawn on the table.
Preset #5 - The Buttstock will spawn on top of the table, against the backwall
Strategies
If you ever find yourself unsure of exiting this room, as you might fear Granny being close by, and you have an item with yourself, go under the Table and then drop the item against the wall. This will lure Granny on the side of the wall of the Old House Kitchen, you will probably see her dress phase through the wall, if you're again unsure if she already came. If done correctly, you are free to exit the area without being knocked out.
Trivia
- The model of the door in Old House Dining Room was once used in Robot Hunt, another game created by DVloper.
- The Player can hide under the Table as a safety point, especially when they are getting chased by Granny.
