Gameplay[]
The player finds themselves in the castle of Slendrina's Husband, and needs to escape, while evading Slendrina, her husband, and his two spiders.
This time instead of finding a number of objects, the player needs to solve puzzles, which eventually will lead them to a room containing a book. Upon picking up the book, a mini game/sequence appears where the player is required to trap Slendrina in the book. After Slendrina gets trapped, the castle will start to gradually collapse, and the player's camera will violently shake, which then requires the player to flee the castle, all while Slendrina's Mother (in her giant head form) is chasing you.
After the player escapes, the castle will be left collapsed, leaving the husband, the mother and the 2 spiders presumably dead or unconscious. At some point in time, Granny along with Grandpa arrived there and took the book, and bodies of their daughter and grandson in-law.

Trivia[]
- This is the fourth and last DVloper game that has a map.
- This game is called "Slendrina X", because this game is the tenth and final in Slendrina game series (not counting Slender Man: Rise Again), and X is 10 in the roman numeral system.
- This game is not available on iOS for unspecified reasons. Same thing for The Child Of Slendrina and Granny 3.
- But DVloper stated: "To all iOS players, I only want to announce that Slendrina X will not be published on App Store because the company Apple has not approved this game. I have done my best to publish it on the App Store but unfortunately it did not work. (The same applies to The Child of Slendrina). I am so sorry for this. Best regards, DVloper".
- This is the second appearance of Slendrina's Husband and the first and only game where he tries to get hostile and kill the player.
- Slendrina's face texture in the painting was reused from Slender Man: Rise Again.
- Firstly, the final battle with Slendrina was going to be different. One person found the deleted version of the final battle in the game files. Slendrina's Husband and Slendrina herself with a different model were supposed to be there.
- This is the final game in the Slendrina series, though it's not Slendrina's final appearance as she later appears in the Granny series.
- This game marks the end of the Slendrina game series and the beginning of the Granny game trilogy series.
- Granny is not in the game, although she comes next in the storyline of the Slenderverse/Slendrina and Granny Universe.
- The game has over 9 million downloads (approx 9.8M).
- This is the second and last DVloper game that has earthquake feature, first being: The Child Of Slendrina.
- The audio in the trailer was reused from Slender Man: Rise Again.
