Trunk

The Trunk (Car Trunk) is a Car Part, which is used for storing stuff inside. In Granny, the Trunk also has a gasoline tank inside. The Trunk was added to Granny in Version 1.4, which added the Car itself.

Appearance

Version 1.4

The Trunk's lid is from a 1956-1965 "Moskvitch 402" car. Inside, the Trunk is colored in pitch black color, but on the outside, it is a maroon-like color.

Version 1.7

The Trunk's lid is from a GAZ-M20 Pobeda car. Like most of the car, inside of the Trunk is made out of metal.

Version 1.7.8

The Trunk's inside is the same as in Version 1.7, but its lid was slightly expanded.

Functions

At the start of the game, an item will spawn inside the Trunk, which will be locked. The Player can use the Car Key to unlock it, and get an item, or fuel the Car.

Spawning

One of five listed below items spawn inside the Trunk, depending on which Item Preset you're playing:

Preset 1 - Master Key
Preset 2 - Weapon Key
Preset 3 - Hammer
Preset 4 - Melon
Preset 5 - Birdseed

Trivia

Prior to Version 1.7.8, there used to be a glitch, which allowed the Player to get an item through the Trunk, even without unlocking it. The same thing could be done to fuel up the Car, but again if you're planning to the Car Escape, you'll still need the Car Key to start the Car when repaired.
In previous versions, the Winch Handle could spawn inside the Trunk.
In versions Version 1.6 and Version 1.6.1 for android, the trunk could not close. This was probably a bug.
