The escape pipe escape route is one of the three ways to complete Granny. The route involves unlocking and repairing the lock mechanism for the pipe, and escaping from the house into the surrounding forest.
Procedure[]
The escape pipe, once opened
The player has to remove a pair of locks keeping the escape pipe shut, and supplement the missing lever handle for the unlocking mechanism. The requirements for opening the pipe are as follows:
- The rusty padlock has to be unlocked using the rusty padlock key.
- The chain holding the two parts of the door shut has to be cut using the chain cutter.
- The missing handle for the lever-based opening mechanism has to be supplemented with the wooden stick.
Once all the requirements are met, the lever mechanism can be spun, which opens the doors. The player can then go through the opened pipe, and thus beat the game.
Ending scene[]
An ending scene plays once the player escapes through the escape pipe, like with other routes.

The scene normally begins with the screen fading to black for a bit, and then showing the Pipe Room. The camera starts moving toward an opening to the left of the escape pipe, where Granny is in a position lowered to the ground, looking around through the opening, with the camera then moving toward the one in front of the pipe, behind which Spider Mom is standing, breathing heavily. The screen then fades to black, shortly after which the words "The End" show up. In the case of escaping in Practice mode, Granny doesn't appear in the scene, though "The End" text does not change, unlike in the other ending scenes where the player escapes.
