Appearance[]
The Vent Grilles appear as a frame of chipping blue metal with a light grey, metal mesh, which serves as a surface for the frame.
Spawning[]
Two Vent Grilles spawn in Granny, and they only spawn once. After knocking them over, they will despawn.
- Garage - Covers the tunnel exit from the Spider Cellar Tunnel.
- Sewer - Covers the tunnel exit from the Spider Cellar.

Trivia[]
- Its model and sounds were previously used in Granny: Chapter Two, The Twins and Granny 3.
- The one in Granny: Chapter Two only created sound when it hit the floor, rather than colliding with it like in all other games.
- They seem to be screwed on the inside as the player cannot knock them down when in the Garage or the Sewer.
- The Player cannot go to the Spider Cellar through the vent in the Sewer and the Garage, even though they can climb through the Backyard Window.
- There's a small shortcut you can do if you want to unlock the Iron Bars Gate and escape through the Escape Pipe with the Vent Grilles by throwing the items that are needed for the Escape Pipe through the Vent Grilles to save time, though this does not work with all items.
