Version 1.4.0.1 was a hotfix update to Granny. It fixed the issue from the previous version where the "Extra locks" label wouldn't appear in the Options menu. It was released on May 30th, 2018.

- Fixed a small problem in the options menu.
Changes
- The "Extra Locks" label now displays in the Options Menu.
- As for the rest, there were alot of bug fixes and not only just the Options Menu extra locks fix.
Trivia
- This is currently the only update that was released 1 day after the previous update.
- Which makes Version 1.4 the version that lasted the least out of all other updates, only lasting 24 hours/a day.
- Even though this was probably the smallest update in the Granny franchise, this is the first version where there are actually 4 numbers in the version title instead of it normally being 2 or 3, the other is Version 1.7.9.3.
- This version, Version 1.7.6 and Version 1.8.1 are the smallest updates in the Granny franchise.
- This is the third version with the number 0 in it, the first is Version 1.0 and the second is Version 1.0.5.
- Interestingly, this version was not called 'Version 1.4.1'.
