Version 1.8 (Version 1.3 on PC) is the twenty third update for Granny. The update has released for Android devices on November 23th, 2022, for iOS devices on November 24th, 2022, and on July 14th, 2023, for the PC port of Granny.
Plot[]
Granny has now made a new area in her house, located in the underground. There is even a human arachnid hybrid in the said area, trying to hunt the player down. That is Granny's daughter, Spider Mom.

Mobile changelog:
- Added a new part to explore.
- Added another way to escape.
- Some more items to search for.
- Now the player does not drop items when falling.
- Granny no longer spawns near the player.

- The player now has a smoother crouching animation and moves faster when crouching.

- Locations of most items changed.
- Multiple differences in taking fall damage:
- Items don't fly out of the hand.
- Blood doesn't cover the screen.
- The animation for standing up is slightly faster.
- The chase music was changed, when being chased by Granny.
- Granny no longer re-spawns near the player.
- Granny's hair was changed from black to white.
- Differences in lighting and some shadows.
- Several glitches and oversights were resolved.
- Spider's texture changed to current mobile's spider. (PC)
- The Flashlight has some slight changes, these added the flashlight movement delays like Granny: Chapter Two (PC)
- The Sewer Area's walk sound has changed.
Trivia[]
- This was the only update in the Granny series so far to get a trailer.
- This is the second update to add another Escape Route and Spiders, with Version 1.5 being the first.
- Version 1.8 is by far the update with the most Item Location changes of all Granny series.

- This is the first content update to be released ever since March 12th, 2019, when Version 1.7 released.
- This is the first update to be released on PC since 2021.
- There are 3 rooms that are far apart in this new version and can only be seen using mods, it is not known for sure what these rooms could be.[1]
